We prefer to use glass jars instead of plastic because we believe they are best able to preserve and protect the delicate flavors of raw honey without the risk of introducing any unwanted chemicals into the honey. Glass does cost more to ship, but we feel the added expense is a worthwhile investment to ensure the quality of the honey.
