Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new or slightly used condition and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are in new or slightly used condition.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process within the 30-day return period.

Return Methods

In-Person Returns: Customers can return items directly to our store. Please bring the original receipt or proof of purchase.
By-Mail Returns: Customers who wish to return items by mail will need to contact us to arrange for a shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
